SoloLater — Privacy Policy

Effective: 24 September 2026

SoloLater is a small Android app by Built by Solo that keeps one queue of links you want to read or watch later.

What the app stores

The links you save, their titles, the website name and when you saved, opened or finished each one. All of it is stored only on your device, in the app's private storage.

What the app collects

Nothing. SoloLater has no account, no advertising, no analytics, no crash reporting and no server. No data is sent to the developer or to anyone else.

Internet use

When a link you save arrives without a title, SoloLater loads that page directly from the website you saved and reads its title. Like any web request, that website can see your IP address and a standard browser user agent. No other server is involved.

When you open a link, it is handed to your browser or to the app that handles it, such as a video app. Those apps have their own privacy policies.

Clipboard

The app reads the clipboard only when you tap Paste in the Add link window.

Backups

If Android backup is turned on for your device, Android may include your saved links in your device backup or device-to-device transfer, managed by Google under your Google account settings. You can turn this off in Android settings.

Deleting your data

Delete links in the app, clear your history (History → Clear history), clear the app's storage in Android settings, or uninstall the app.

Children

The app does not target children and collects no data from anyone.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will be published at the same address with a new effective date.
